Contact Customer Service

Customer Service > When is the Customer Contacted

Depending on the type of product you called about, your call will be handled accordingly. Most calls are dealt with within 24 hrs or next business day after weekends/ holidays.

You may call to follow up or add contact information to the Energy Consultant before they visit your site. You may also call to find out when this visit will take place.

You may also call customer service if your tech has not showed up. Customer service can find out what delaying your tech and how much longer the tech will be on site or re-book.

Appoinments are given in 4hrs window. Wait for this window to pass before calling.


HVAC Products

These include:
  • Furnaces
  • Air conditioners
  • Humidifiers
  • Air Cleaners
You will be called back within 24 hrs. If you called during weekends/holidays, it will be the next business day.

If it's an emergency, callbacks are within 2 hrs.

If you're calling for an in home appointment with a Energy consultant, ask the customer service rep to get yo over to sales support.

A quick and easy way to find the phone numbers and hours is to head over to your supplier's website and click contact us link. You may find a form to fill. Skip that and click on customer care. They usally put their numbers and work hours there.


NON-HVAC Products:

These include services such as:
  • Connect
  • Disconnect
  • Relocate
  • Water heater Rental
  • Water heater purchase
Customers are contacted within 24 hrs to connect, disconnect or relocate an appliance.

Water heaters rentals and purchases are dealt with by sales support. Your primary contact will be the customer service desk who will turn over your call to them.

HAVAC and NON-HVAC products and services are handled by two different groups. This means although you call in once, but they require two separate job orders, and different service times and technicians.
